When you use Quilting Queen, we collect the following information:
- Account information — name, email address, and profile picture provided through Clerk authentication (email, Google, or Apple sign-in).
- Chat messages — the questions you ask and the responses generated by the Quilting Queen AI.
- Memories — information the AI learns about you during conversations (your machines, skill level, projects, and preferences) to personalize future responses.
- Subscription data — payment and subscription status managed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly.
- Usage data — message counts, feature usage, and basic analytics to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the Quilting Queen AI chat experience.
- To remember your preferences and quilting context across conversations.
- To manage your account and subscription.
- To improve our service and develop new features.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Quilting Queen:
- Anthropic (Claude) — powers the AI chat responses. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
- Clerk — handles user authentication and account management.
- Stripe — processes subscription payments securely.
- Cloudflare — hosts our application and provides infrastructure services including AI embeddings for the knowledge base.
- OpenAI — provides text-to-speech for the auto-read feature.
4. Data Retention
Your chat history and memories are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual memories from the Memory page at any time. If you delete your account, all associated data will be removed.
5. Your Rights
You can view, edit, and delete your stored memories at any time through the Memory page. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us.
